Replaced my speedo drive and the speedo still doesn't work. the old rotor didn't look broken or dirty at all, but while i had it out i figured i'd throw the new one in there since i had it. other possibilities?:disappointed:

How about the wiring, connectors? Did you meter for voltage at the connector while spinning the front wheel off the ground? You need to know if the drive is sending a signal to the gauge.
