As long as it doesn't stick to the road, then it's just the same as rain (with bonus pants-crapping fear that there's ice somewhere......waiting for you...).
Now if it was sticking..........your post probably would have been a lot different! Haha.
I quite enjoy riding in snow, so far, I have found it Karoo's on my V-Strom, I can not only keep up with traffic, I can still outpace traffic with snow depth across the pavment up to 3". going downhill is the trickiest.
I rode in the snow once. I didn't like it. It was snowing hard, sticking to everything. I couldn't see very much, due to the snow sticking to the shield on my helmet. Wipe the snow off, it would instantly fog.
