With the OEM seat I was not able to comfortably stretch back against the bottom of the rider's seat, I kept sliding forward.
With the Top Sellerie seat (which is kinda flat) I can easily rest against the back of the seat.
I'm 174cm tall, and the standard seat is perfect for me, but you can choose a longer seat which should be a couple of cm longer than the standard one.

The sv is way for fun than the vstrom. The weight of the vstrom sucks up a lot of it’s power. But it is a good budget tourer. My wife loved the big vstrom seat but it was a boring bike to me

After riding my SV over 209K and wanting something more exploratory-capable, most riding friends assumed I’d look at Vstroms for my RTW aspirations.

I stayed with Suzuki, but went even simpler.
A DR650 modified for long range travel.
