Just wanted to get some feedback on where most people set their SVRP adjustable rear set riser plates at. I just order a pair along with some tank risers and want to get an idea of where to start with mounting to figure out my comfort or preference. I was thinking of starting out at 1up and 1back... Maybe it will be that i just have to try a few different settings till i find one I like?

I am 5'7" with around a 30 inch inseam. My seat is slightly lowered from agreatdaytoride

It's such a personal preference thing, you'll just have to experiment. However, I am also 5'7" and 30" inseam. I started 1 up 1 back. Ended up liking 1 up 2 back the best.

Off topic, but I have a mkvi gti and I love it. Still miss my 73 beetle as well

1 up 2 back is a nice sporty position... liked it cause it put my knees onto a good spot on the tank.

Perhaps not the best for a long ride, but i did 450 miles in a day with them like that and was alright.
