why wont the 03 seat fit on the 08? whats the difference?

also- will the stock plastic battery holder/undertail fit moving from the 2003 to the 2008?

The subframe is raised higher and the seat is shaped differently because it sits on the subframe.

The stock plastic battery holder from the 03 will not fit the 08.

The seat, subframe, sidepanels and battery holder is not the same as the 08 model
