I have one. It is a piece of art. Very well made, fits and looks great. I have yet to use it on my race engine, but if the claims are accurate I believe it is a good investment.

I purchased a Scott's filter after break-in and can positively say that it is a beautifully manufactured piece and very easy to clean and reattach. According to the highly eccentric website California Scientific it is not the best choice as it's micron filttration is too large. He recommends the purolator or the K/n replaceable filters. But he does not mention the magnet in the Scott's that should make the difference - or the ease of use. My oil is always clean at the time of transition - every 4000 miles or 6 months. I would not hesitate to purchase it again despite the high initial cost.
