I went out for a nice 250 mile ride today, and it seems that my right hand always gets sore. I'm very careful about maintaining a relaxed grip on the bars with a netural arm position, and gripping the tank with my thighs, but none of this seems to help. Any suggestions? The bike is an 05 naked. I have not changed the grips as of yet, but I'm thinking it's the small 3/4 inch bar diameter. Is ther any way to increase the bar end diameter to one inch with some type of slip-on adapter, or something?

Umm...the tried and true method should help  (or are you a leftie?); but your visual acuity may suffer as a result.

One thing I've done is just flat-hand the throttle. It works fairly easily.

my hands and wrists were sore at first too. After some miles under my belt, it went away. It just needed to condition them.
