I need to replace the hose for the rear brake that goes from the reservoir to the cylinder because the stock one isn't long enough for my new rearset riser plates. How do I do that? I don't need to bleed the whole system dry, do I?

I got the new tube. What is the best way to get the old tube off without making a mess? The stock one is black, so I can't see when I've bled the tube dry.

Just put a bunch of rags at both ends and un-bolt it. Then put your new one on and fill the reservoir up and bleed it.
