Are there years/models of GSXR rearsets that are direct swaps for 2nd Gen SV assemblies?

So these should fit my 2003 2nd Gen without modification? Price is great, look well made (spares available) and adjust to many positions (as well as having the ability of using the stock rear brake switch, which most aftermarket rearsets do not)
