I've got my rear wheel off for a tire install. Looking through the service manual it states on pg 7-43 to "inspect the dampers for wear and damage, replace the damper if there is anything unusual"
There is some wear as can be seen in the photos. Maybe a mm or two worn off where the damper contacts the sprocket drum. I wouldn't think this was "unusual" but what do I know. Would this much wear warrant replacement since I have the wheel off anyways? Or am I being a wanker.;D

If you put the sprocket drive in the wheel....is it tight? If so....install and ride. If it wobbles around with looseness.....you need new dampers. But I agree yours look to be good to go.:)
