This weekend i got the bike ready for spring. The bike is an 01 and only has 8000km so it seemd like a good idea to flush and replace all the fluids. Here is a list of what we did...

-took off all fairings for a good cleaning
-new spiegler front line
-new brake fluid in front and rear
-new 10wt fork oil
-new spark plugs
-new coolant
-new oil and filter
-carb adjustment

Here are some pics...

i thought this looked cool

Cool, glad to see you're getting it ready to ride.
Nice - that may be the only other household in which you can get away with washing moto parts in the tub :)

I loved it... I think I am more excited about riding now that I know what makes her tick... It helped that I had very patient teachers for my millions of quesions... ('What does that do? Why do I need that? Does that sound ok? Can I spray that? Can I ride this? Can I screw that?;D)

I can't wait to ride with everyone... but it may be a long time coming - my best friend had to go and plan her wedding right around Deal's Gap... :(
