It seems that I have a hairline crack in the LH pipe on my radiator (00 naked). It drips only when the bike is running.

Might it make sense to attempt a repair with epoxy, or am I in the market for a new radiator?

You can epoxy without too much trouble. Just make sure the area is very clean.

Another alternative is taking it to a radiator repair shop. They'll braze it and the work is usually guaranteed forever. I had one repaired and it was very inexpensive. Just shop around.

Most radiator shops won't work on aluminum motorcycle radiators, and if they do then they'll only epoxy them. I'd suggest sending it out to Myler's at http://www.motorcycleradiators.com/. They have a process where they can weld your radiator and they do excellent work. I know that first hand.

Go to an auto shop that does A/C work. Chances are they do alluminum repair or have a person that does for them. They should be able to repair it so that no repair even shows.
