i notice after shifting and letting clutch out quickly bike is jerky,how do i get smooth shifting,do you guys let off the throttle completely when shifting than let clutch out and back on the throttle,or is best to let the clutch out a little slower after shifting.I am trying to accomplish nice smooth shifts

First, the more deliberate you try to be the rougher the shifts will probably be. Second, should blip the throttle slightly, up for downshifts, down for upshifts, but not very much. a quick flick of the wrist should do it.

The clutch action should be very fast, basically in and out in one motion.

So you declutch, blip the throttle, move the foot lever, declutch (and get back on the throttle if you're accelerating) in one quick, continuous set of moves. Done properly it should feel about like a shift in a tight automatic transmission.

It takes a little practice, and it's better to practice at more gentle acceleration and deceleration rates. Don't try to be too fast at first, just try to be smooooooth.
