Yea I thought it looked like a scooter too. Not my cup of tea but to each their own.

Its just the way the lower fairings are and then add the luggage on the back. Just reminds me of a scooter. If the lower fairings were removed or even a different color like black, I think it would look much better to me.The photo does not do the bike justice. Bad lighting, bad angle, distortion....
