02 SV 650N frame
02 SV 650S rebuilt motor( done in my garage)
04/05 GSXR front end
CNL levers
06/07 GSXR rearsets
320mm full floating rotors/ 10mm caliper spacers
chopped the frame and centered the 06/07 GSXR 600 shock
03 GSXR wheels
custom 15/520 front sprocket with 8.25mm backspacing
520 rear sprocket
06/07 GSXR rear swing arm
stock tank
stock electrical
stock tail plastics.

still need:
gauges
headlight
chain
undersized battery so I can relocate it
and GAS..................

Thanks to all the fellow riders on SV RIDER who sold me parts
My Bro, Mark, who owns T/R Welding in Stanton Calif, with out him, my one off stuff wouldnt even have been possable
Mike the parts guy @ OC motorsports for all the discounted parts that went into the motor
my track junki friend Tony, for the wheels
and special thanks to my wife for letting me take up the garage for almost a year while slowly chipping away at this build.

I will post pics of the one off sprocket 15/520 w/ 8.25mm backspacing when I get back from vegas.

What did you do to get the chain aligned?
First because of cost I ran with the 502 chain that came with the wheel. plus it will allow more clearence up front by the frame. then I got in touch with a machine shop in oregon who made me a 15/520 front srocket with a 8.25mm backspacing. He had it case hardened and delivered it to my door in sunny california for 54.00.
and the rest is history.
I have been busy working so unable to take pics of it yet

looks great. i do agree the frame needs to be black to match the swing arm ;)

any updates?? i am interested to see how the header would hook up to the rear cylinder with this swingarm!

the chain misses my frame by a matter of mm's.
