I have a 00 naked. Just finished doing a fork swap and am getting ready to connect a new speedo but there is no power. I checked the main fuse and the fuse was done so i replaced it still with no luck!! The battery is fully charged and the two wires going to the fuse box have current. But nothing past the main fuse box. Do i need to replace the fuse box itself? Can someone please help:'(

Try pulling on the square 3 wire plug that connects to the main fuse block. Turn the ignition on so you can tell that you have a good connection when the lights come on. Do not disconnect the plug though.

I just spent about 8 hours over 2 days tracking down my funky main fuse block bad connection. If I pushed my connector down as far as it would go, no power. I pulled on the plug and got lights. I don't know if the problem is really the socket or the plug, but when it works, it keeps on working. I only seem to have a hard time with it after I completely unplug the connector.
