I have a red '06 naked SV and I want to put a tire hugger/chain guard on it. I saw a few pics of blue bikes with the black hugger on them.

My question is: Are there any of you out there that have a black guard/hugger on your red bike? And do you have any pictures I could see of them?

Any and all opinions is great, I am not one of the types of people that can picture colors of stuff on my bike, I need to see actual pictures of others to help form my opinion and/or decision.

I have a blue bike, that now has a black hugger on it, and imo the blue was just too much.

Of course I have the factory lowers too so that might have something to do with it.

Yup, Black always looks better. Ive been considering doing the same for my bike, a red '06, and if I do get it, it'll be black.
