Well, almost the whole first page is polls, so here is a thread that isn't. I am putting out a call for awesome pictures, allow me to explain further, this is not as random as it seems.

The program I am in at school (motorcycle technology) is fading away as a result of low enrollment. I live in a town I hate, in a state I never wanted to be in and this school is about the only thing I have going for me here (other then the gf, the reason I am here in the first place) so I have made it my personal mission to keep it going as long as I can. I have started putting out flyers around town, but currently we only have one. It is a picture of a guy on a dirtbike with all our info and classes.

I want to get more peoples attention, thus the need for pictures. I have a dirtbike, so I need a sportbike, a Harley, and maybe any other niche things y'all can think of. Please, I am open to suggestion here, any help I can get is appreciated.

So I want a picture of you on your SV doing something cool. I want to use an SV just because it would make me giggle, so start posting em up. I want some knees on the ground here folks, track or street is fine, but I might not use the ones that are obviously illegal (do want to make the school look responsible after all.) Probably gonna do one with a naked and an S just for variety, so alls fair.

As far as the other pictures go, I need some ideas. I mean, I could just put a picture of a Harley on it and call it good, but I want people to really stop and look at these. Any Harley guys out there, what images do you see that make you all weak in the knees. I know what sportbikers like, that is easy, but I don't know what to do for Harley guys around here. Post up some ideas if you have any.

Thanks guys, I am hoping this could turn into a fun thread, and not just fade away into last-weeks-thread land.

I remember a members picture a while back where they were dragging knee on a turn giving a thumbs up. I can't remember for the life of me what the thread was called or whose it was. I'm trying to track it down, if I can find it I'll post it up and we can ask their permission to use it. Probably one of the coolest pics I've seen in a while.

Just found a good thread with great pics: http://forum.svrider.com/showthread.php?t=94261

don't know if this will help, but I remember a really cool magazine ad that I saw once. It was a guy sitting in a dim lit garage with some kinda bike part in his hand, like some clutch plates or something. In the back was a half disassembled sportbike, tools all over the place, a really nice shot of the guts of the bike. The caption was something like "here we go again, another 15 minute job turned into a 12 hour session. An endless cycle of destruction and creation, genuis/madness, etc etc"
That really caught my eye as a rider, cause I think it's something we're all very familiar with. Doesn't matter if you're on a harley or a sport bike.

I'm not really sure what your program is about, wrenching or theory, but another great inspirational shot would be the britton bike. And a caption that explains how one man built a race bike in his garage that beat major manufacturers that spent millions in development.

Awesome, we got some good ones. I agree that the ad would work great, but I don't think I can use it. I need pictures from private parties (you folks) that allow me to use them. So bonus here is that whatever pictures I use, the person in them will be immortalized on a flyer and posted all over Prescott. Keep em coming, got some great ones so far.

People that might be interested in the mechanics side might like some disassembly or garage pics, too:
