today I started my Muzzy Project. I got a Muzzy GP slip-on exhaust from ebay for $200 and now I'm going to chop it up to make it fit. Today I cut off the stock pipe and cut down the muzzy. Tomorrow should be weld and header wrap... more to come

go to "go advanced" and go to the yellow square that says "insert image". a window will pop up and you put the link in there. then post.

also i put the picture on photobucket like eddiemon then copy and paste the "direct link" in the insert image slot. try the preview post also otherwise you will have a bunch of blank posts in the thread.

Looks intriguing, what does it sound like? Can you possibly record what it sounds like. I have been thinking of doing that to my bike, but i don't know if its what the sound that I'm looking for. :)

I started another thread that was a more step by step. the video clip does not do it justice. there is an insert that makes the outlet smaller and it quiets it down a little, but sense the video I have removed it. tell me what you think

I am LOVING that slip on dude! how do you actually connect the two? did you just cut it to slide on? or did you cut it flush to each other and just weld them together?

it was for a 09 ZX6. I got it from Muzzy's Research and Development. it was one of the first ones made. it was used on the dyno only.

as you can see in the picture I cut off the "slip-on" part. then cut the stock header where you would cut it for a slip-on. I set the lines of the pipe with the tail and welded the pipe to the header. wrapped the pipe and header to give it a cleaner look.

here is another link for the pipe
