I HATE central Florida Cops with a passion. The fkr wrote me two today and i was in my cage. One for an expired insurance card and one for speeding. 15 mph over...$228 dollars down the chitter!

Now i will have to wait 3 more months or more to do my rear fender elim.

I was going to do it this weekend but noooooooo, I have to deal with this sht.

Dang it Murf... as the 'chilled surfer-dude' persona, you sure have a lead foot. WTH? Trying to catch some 'tasy waves' and get in a hurry?? ;)
****, murfy is competing with Mike for head complainer on SVR.

P.S. Heres some advice to keep you from getting tickets...keep your insurance current and don't speed ;D
I know, my bad for bitcin, but only youz guyz listen to me. Heres the situ...my fault. I was not paying attention to the speedo and before i know it Winter Park Police are shooting me with a lazer as they stood behind a tree. my Lazer detector never sounded.

I wish I was a chilled surfer dude. I am a Type A all the way individual that happens to ride waves.

Thanks for listening...I feel better.:)
****. Cheaper ticket than my last one...for jay walking
You can still do the fender elimination with the cheap ghetto one, like lots of people (including me) have done.

Oh, take your right foot off the accelerator a little. :D

I thought the police had to be visible when they setup speed traps, no?
Cowabunga dude, slow down! ;D

15 mph over is automatically reckless driving in my state.
Murfy, I'm currently building some prototype fender eliminator brackets. They aren't radically different from the others available, except for price and customizeability (is that even a word?).

Mine will be priced from $20-$25, made out of your material of choice (currently doing diamond plate, but can also do regular steel. Steel will need some sort of coating, like truck bed liner).

I currently have three configurations. All three configs bolt to the factory rear fender mounts. The $20 one is designed to be used with the OEM license plate bracket from the OEM fender (it does not have provisions for a license plate light at the moment). For $25 you get one that's independent of the OEM bracket, has a place for a light, and can come with or without provisions for turn signals.

Let me know if you'd be interested!

Nope.

15 over and expired insurance card? Yeah he's the fkr

$228 isnt bad for that.
Don't speed thru those S turns by Rollins College, they are always out there on the weekends and most weekdays. It's a total money making speed trap.
Won't be riding thru Winter Park anymore if i can help it. I don't know who's worse. Orlando Police or WP. They are just like the "POS with a badge" sheriffs you see in the movies. ef em.

Murphy, here's the brackets:

Thanks Dubtecv2...looks good.

peace and thanks...murfy
