Not sure if it is your problem, but the radiator fan is on that fuse. Maybe try give it a spin, see if it is seized.

I had a bike (not an SV) with a seized fan motor that would blow the fuse anytime it was hot out and stuck in traffic. Fortunately, it just took out the fan and the blinkers, not the ignition. Good luck.

Well then it can't be the fan! :)

Here is a barrage of questions:
1. Anything happen just before the problem started? Change handle bars, wiring mod, etc...
2. Is the wiring stock?
3. Has the bike ever been crashed?
4. Are you the original owner?
5. How long is the longest time before failure?
6. Does it fail faster if you rev the engine (more vibration)?

Maybe one of those will give a clue.

Check the wiring on the clutch switch. Make sure there is no continuity between the wires in the connector.

What rman said, I had the same issue and found that the wires to the clutch switch got a little bit damaged and was touching the frame, I mustve gone through a dozen 10 amp fuses before I found it.
