in their defense, their tv show is not a motorcycling documentary of any sorts.
it's a tv show
they do **** to give them ratings.
i mean, they portray one brother there "mikey" as a total knob, yet i believe he's the one that actually runs the business. i remember reading a motorcycle mag where one month a load of people were calling out the teutels and their show. Mikey sent a very well worded response, and i started to respect them after reading the response to the above comments.
motorcyclists are a minority no matter where you are, so if you're going for tv ratings, you'd be hard pressed to appeal strictly to bikers/riders.
if i want to watch a show about motorcycling, i'll pop in my long way 'round dvd or watch world's fastest indian.
if i want to watch mind numbingly painful tv that caters to the (ignorant) masses, i'll watch orange county choppers.
from the few episodes i've seen from the beginning of the "craze" vinny (paul jr's helper) was quite good; i've seen a couple bikes that i thought were really nice.
but i don't see the appeal in "that" sort of motorcycle.
