Now I just have to find a way to lift up the A$S end of the bike.???

Ohh its a 2006 ZX10r shock, 1400 miles on it. 60.00 off Ebay!

Tow straps and a step ladder, or flip the pegs and use jack stands.

Ohh and how I find out proper dial in specs for 190 pound sexy man??

Another great way to lift the bike is to insert a rod or rods (one on each side) into the swing arm pivot shaft (it's hollow) and support them on jack stands. This way it's all out of the way of the rear end and is very stable.

All you'll ever need to know about the ZX-10 swap, including dialing in for a 205lb-er. This will at least get your close to your settings.

I used the jackstand and flipped pegs when I did mine. Use a ziptire on the front brake lever when you do.

You will need to pull the cover in front of the battery box for this mod. Read the linked thread.

Nice shock, love mine. Have you done the front yet? This will really illuminate the weaknesses up front.

Shock also raise the rear a little (1/2 inch or so at the seat). I had no problems with this.

You can put a rod through a hole by the pegs. A 3/8 rod will fit. Cost me $5 and I don't have to worry about flipping pegs.
