Click on the link below for more information on the jacket:

http://www.vansonleathers.com/prod-PROPERF_Mark_2_Sportrider-338.aspx

This jacket is a size 48. The jacket alone runs $627.50 in a size 48 (check the pricing chart). It also has shoulder and elbow armor which runs another $60. Add shipping and this jacket runs over $700! I have lost 40 pounds (good for me and you!) since I bought the jacket so it has literally been worn about 5 times for just pleasure riding here in the desert. It now hangs on me like skeletor and fits like crap. I have owned 3 of these in the last almost 20 years and they are SUPER high quality jackets! Made in the USA!! The last one I owned had well over 100,000 miles on it. Ask a friend who has owned one.

This jacket is still VERY stiff! It has not even begun to break in. Notice there are not even creases in the arms. Like a good set of boots these take awhile to break in the heavy leather. Once they are they will wear for years! Get a back pad armor from vanson (not included but run $50) and these are as safe of warm weather jacket as you can find. You deserve the best protection you can buy!

I will sell this one with shipping/tracking to the lower 48 via fedex ground for $425. I can do paypal via gift. If I thought I would gain the weight back I would NEVER sell this jacket! Period. I am committed to bicycling a lot more and the weight has been off for a while so I will pass it along to someone who will use it.

I still have the keyfob and I think the price tag for it. No scrapes, scratches or dings. This smells like leather should smell. Get it before I change my mind and go have a cheeseburger!!!!!

Click on all the link below for pictures! Just the next button to see all the pics (there are a few 8))! I took a picture of the front velcro closures to show how there is NO wear on it. Also, the jacket will accept a streamliner vest (not included) for a little cooler weather. Also, the waist is fully adjustable as well. No bug guts either from living in the desert!

Here is the vanson sizing chart:

http://www.vansonleathers.com/vanson_info/sizing_chart.htm

I am 5'10" and it is at the bottom on the height for this jacket. Since it is so stiff (new) it would fit someone taller than me much better. At my height it rides up (too long for me). After it is broken in maybe it would do better but just thought someone would want a new jacket for a used price!

Buyer gets the choice of the street armor or the CE racing armor for the elbows and shoulders. No back pad is included! I bought the CE for a track day with one of my other vanson jackets. They said CE armor was recommended so I bought it. Buyers choice of armor!

How hot is it where you live? Wouldn't it be nice to have a fully perforated top-of-the line riding jacket for safety? They work great and are much safer than the nylon mesh jackets. I have heard the nylon will melt as you slide causing burns.
