Glad you all like it.

I love this video, not because the racing is so great (they had poor film coverage in those days) but because the whole race is sooo ****ing interesting.

In the then "new" Formula 750 class you've got 4 strokes racing against 2-strokes ... both of every configuration ... you've got Norton's and Harleys racing against Yamahas and Kawasakis, Suzukis and BMWs, Ducatis and even Laverdas!

The winner, Jarno Saarinen, the Flying Finn, is riding a Yamaha 350!
(He and Renzo Pasolini, also there riding a Harley, would both die tragically the next year at Monza:

Besides that you see several well known American riders over there racing Europeans head-to-head. You've got the "new" Ducati 750 twins doing well. As a bonus, you get to see and hear a young "Chris Carter commentating (he was the voice of GP well into the early 90s) and you get a good look at the fans riding in on their period sport bikes!

Look for Yvonne Duhammel, Miguel's dad, up front on the Kawasaki triple.

A classic ..

No one can tell me you can't ride the $h!t out of a bike without sliders on the knees or specific tires.
