I wanted to mention how excellent the customer service at http://www.kurveygirl.com was. Not only did they have the best prices on brake pads, they shipped quickly, sent me updates every step of the way, and included a foam sanding block to help prep my rotors (they threw in some stickers as well). I emailed them a quick question, and had an answer in an hour.

Plenty of places get mentioned for bad service, so I wanted to mention a place for good service.
