So I got the tube in the other day and noticed that the tube was black, unlike the pictures I've seen, and the piece I had to trim was already nonexistent. Was a straight swap. Tomorrow I'm going to readjust the throttle cables and see how it goes.

Just wanted to share...

What Part Number was it? Just curious, when I get another bike I'll throw one on again, that'll save some headaches.

What does the throttle mod accomplish?
(mumbles about the search function of this website)
The R6 tube changes the amount of wrist meeded to get from zero to 100% throttle.
The original is a 1/4 turn (25% rotation)
The R6 tube is a 1/5 turn (20% rotation) i.e turn less for same effect, easier wheelies and less are "winging" when accelerating out of turns.
