Soon, I will be changing my drive system myself cuz it is too expensive at the local shop...

And I am wondering, is this the ONLY way to replace the drive system? I'm sure people do it without the riveting tool.

Please mention what is your way.

There is a different style of master link that clips together instead of riveting

HOWEVER they seem to come off some times... which isn't good. This can (apparently) be averted by putting the rounded side of the clip toward the chain and making sure it is position so it makes a "C" shape when it is on its way from the back wheel to the front sprocket.
