Hi,
03 sv650s
Hi had to problem taking off my rear fairing, lower fairings and tank for painting .... but I can't take off my front fairing off the bike
I took off all the bolts on the front faiirng ... but it is still jammed there but I can't find from where ... anyone here had the same problem or has an idea of where to start??? what to take off first?

If the plastics of a 2. gen are similar attached like the 1. gens, the plastics have some pins on the inside which go into some brackets with rubber grommets on the bike.
At the front they go into the side ot the radiator and in the back they are towards the front of the cowls.
I hope that helps.

lol I tought that to took the mirrors off I had to see the other part of the fairing ..... not the painted side ...
sorry if my english is bad ... I'M doing my possible to let you know my problem so you could help me
is it possible to take off the mirrors from the outside .... because on the inside there's a cover which go around the cluster too ... and I don't know how to take it off

I am speaking again from my 1. gen experience, there is only a little screw which holds that plastic inside cover in place.

great. . now you'll understand what I mean .....
look on picture #8 of your thread. ... there's no bolt like that on 2nd gen ... but the plastic is there ..... so I don't have access to the mirrors bolt

It would probably help if you took the time to download and read the service manual. It clearly shows all the bolts that have to be removed and in what order they come off.
I think the procedure is found in Chapter 7 (chassis)

the mirrors have caps that cover the bolts, just carefully pop the two caps out and unscrew the bolts.

ok so I can unbolt the mirrors from the outside? ... I mean on the side of the fairings where themirrors are??

yes,
the mirrors lock the fairing onto the fairing stay

Yes, and they have the 1st gen S-supplemental chapters! I looked for a long time before I found that site. It also has the 1st gen owner's manual.
