I have one just like the one in the picture. I have the opposite opinion. I think the quality is decent for the price though the back pad is crap and the liner is pretty much useless. Hey, I only paid like $135 for this last summer. My problem is that the jacket only seems good for 65-85 degrees. In the hottest summer months it doesn't flow enough air to cool me down and in the winter I'd freeze.
