and wow, that was some of the HARSHEST light I have ever shot in. Nearly every one of my photos has something that clipped. On top of that, way too much pollen in the air, which you can catch in some of the pics. Oh well, at least I got some good shots.

1) Entering the Zoo

2) Very blue and clear skies. Very green trees.

3) The locals are hungry... too bad this is the only angle they gave me

4) Some were tired

5) You have to make sure, when you travel in the zoo, you bring your posse

6) There were definitely dome vibrant characters attending

7) Another camera wielder pointed out this little guy. We both had trouble getting a shot of him standing still for more than a second

8) Looks like I grabbed the wrong focus

9) That's better

10) Just some greenery

11)

12)

13) Oh, HI!!

14) How YOU doin'

15) Thought this was a cool shot of the desert climate in Humid NC

16) No shots of them mating

17) Wait, that's no elk! The sea lions are tired.

18) I'm really upset that I didn't get this one better. 1/80s shutter speed wasn't fast enough... I'm really bummed

19) Just a turtle, with some strong back lighting.

20) King of the jungle

21)

22) Awwww, lion lovers.

23)

24) Wait, what's going to happen here?

25) What? Must be a lover's quarrel

26) B&w for the B&W animal

I use gimp and there's a button for "add watermark". It's so easy a caveman can do it. Also, I no longer want my SV and will be mailing it to you this afternoon. It should be there by Tuesday. Also, I have a red-haired, green-eyed sister who is your age, just got a job in your area, and has a special place in her heart for retarded surveyors. Expect her on Wednesday.

Sorry to disappoint. I have a mac, so I can't use Gimp, but I'll mail you my SV in exchange for a Triumph Sprint ST, or VFR. Unfortunately for you, I have no sisters, but I have a younger brother in the Navy and he's stationed in VA (Norfolk). You know what they say about the Navy guys...
