i was installing my liscense light and i turned the ignition on to check i had the right side on so i could solder the wires but i forgot to turn the ignition off and when i touched the iron to the wires it sparked and the ignition wont turn back on. so i shat myself and i threw the iron to the floor and checked that i had fried the fuses but none of them had fried so i think i have screwed my bike is there anything you guys can think of other than suicide

the green fuse is next to the blinker fluid reservoir. :)

It's a second gen...

Right under the seat. Inside of a clear box. There is a green main fuse along with a spare fuse. Use the spare to get the bike started. Go to the store and buy a 5 pack of spare 30A fuses.

Pick up a few,if wiring :) You need a bike shop,car fuses not same size. Got mine at honda .75 each.
On the second gen the 30A main fuse is an automotive fuse. The rest are mini fuses still available at your local auto parts store :)

was it the fuse or did you forget the kickstand was down and it was in gear?
