Looks like a Competition Werks undertail with a plate bracket. The hugger looks OEM. Go to http://www.oneidasuzuki.com/store/home.php for the hugger.

Does anyone know where I can pick up the rear seat cowl? I've been searching all over for this particular one in copper. I would rather not have targa. Any Ideas?

looks to me like a hotbodies undertail because of the little extrusions of the turn signals by the license plate.

+1 on Oneida. I got mine from them. Looked great. Well worth the money. It even includes little plates to fill in where the passenger bracket was.
