I saw this a few days ago, and thought the same thing. The kicker is, the guy lives within a half hour of me.

Slightly quicker than the SV and 100lbs lighter. That would be amazing. Presumably the suspension is pretty well sorted as well. How many were sold here? I've never seen one.

Hopefully the cognoscenti can see the condition and have a line on plentiful and cheap parts to return an overpriced and abused bike to its proper shape. The shot from the rear looks as if there is something pretty bent up someplace.
The forks are definitely done for. The frame's probably ok but the subframe's tweaked for sure.
