Man, mine are all scuffed and scratched up. They look like hell and nothing I can do will clean them up. Some of your bikes look like they never get ridden.

Mine are all messed up looking too, and I know lots of you folks ride more then I do. My solution is to just look higher on the bike, out of sight out of mind right? Seriously though, it bugs me too, and magic eraser works well until the next couple rides when it all comes back. I just try hard to ignore it, can't see it while riding anyway I guess. I have noticed the Sidi boots I bought are worse then the Cortech ones I had, but the Sidi have a plastic heel piece where as the Cortech were all leather.

Thats exactly why i posished mine up. I took me a few hours and about $20 worth of buffers, 600 grit sand paper and some polishing compound but i think it was well worth the time. I have pics posted in the main gallery under badsv. If you have any questions just send me a message.

I had that problem so I just bought new rear-sets :)

Seriously though I tried everything and because of that I knew painting was near impossible so I picked up some 9 position racing rearsets for a 05 GSX1000R. Dont know if they will work but hell they wont get that crap on them
