how do I replace the clutch lever assembly?

I dropped my bike at a weird angle and the clutch lever on my handlebar broke in half, I tried to just replace the clutch lever but the impact warped the bolt so now the lever and assembly are stuck together.

13 is warped/stuck inside it's hole making it so I can't just replace the lever

I ordered a new clutch lever + assembly but I don't know how to get the old one off/the new one on... do I have to remove the handlebars?

or do I have to remove the grip/the light switches?

You have to remove the grip and switch housing in order to put the new one on.
Yes. The grip is going to take some work to remove. I would recommend an air compressor and a blow-off tip shoved between the grip and bars to help coax the grip into sliding off. That, or a can of air (like for cleaning a pc keyboard) will do.
Or you could squirt a little wd-40 between the grip and bar. Just a little goes a long way. I've used this to help grips slide back on as well, but use just a very small amount.
