Joined a while ago to get info on the 01 SV I picked up. Finally getting around to introduce myself. Learnt to ride back in the UK on an old BSA 350 and ran a Suzuki TS250 for a few years but then stopped riding. Last year with the price of gas etc etc I decided to get another bike and did some digging. The SV was tagged as a good entry bike that I wouldn't out grow fast so the search started. At the same time I took the MSF class for the sake of everyone !

Finally I found the bike I was looking for -- and here we are !

I'll try and get a better picture but basically there is a band with eyelets that wraps around the muffler. The peg is threaded through the eyelets and then the bracket in the normal fashion. Obviously the bracket has been bent to position it where the muffler needs it.
