Hesitation at crusing RPM

I'm getting hesitation that's gotten pretty bad over the past week. It almost feels like one cylinder is cutting in and out. Bike has been dry for months, so I don't think it's that issue that some people get after riding in the rain.

I've gone through nearly 2 tanks of gas since it started, so I don't think it's a bad gas issue, but could be.

At WOT it seems fine, it's just at maintaining RPM around 4 I feel it buck forward and back and it can't keep a consistent power delivery.

Also, when it gets into this mode it will barely keep an idle and most of the time dies at lights. For some reason if I reboot the computer by turning the key, it seems to right itself which to me points to an electronic issue.

Any hints on what to check?
