In a nutshell:

I am looking for something VERY similar to the stock naked SV bars with just a touch less rise.

and yes Virginia, I did use the search function and decided to post afterall when my head stopped spinning.

Bikemaster has a huge selection and lets you see all of their bars side by side on their site. I've heard stories of Bar ends not fitting with bikemaster stuff, but the prices are so cheap that it is worth the risk. My friend has a set in black on his monster and they feel great.

EDIT: I believe the daytona would be the SV equivalent but I don't have a naked SV to look at. Superbike would be a bit lower.

Coerce Hyperbars or Rizoma are my suggestions, although neither is really 100% to the OEM bars, but both are a little lower.

I've not had any bar-end issues with any of the three (Daytona, Drag, Superbike) Bikemaster bends I've tried; can't say the same for the majority of the dirtbike bars I've experimented with, though.

The Daytona is a high bar, felt like the sport version of ape-hangers to me. :) Currently running the Superbike but contemplating the Euro bend or possibly another dirt bar in searching for a little less rise...

Through the wonderful Search engine here at SVRider, I found out that the superbike is actually a tad HIGHER than stock.

I'm pretty sure that ANY aluminum allow 7/8" bar will have too small an ID due to the wall thickness needed.....

So...that leaves steel.

Does anyone have a picture of an SV with the Bikemaster European bar?

do Rizoma's have the same OD and ID as stock naked bars?
I already answered this. No.

If you need an ID to match your Throttlemeister and that item works on the OEM bars but wont on aluminum (i.e. thicker wall) bars, then neither the Rizoma or the Coaerces will work. Their ID is smaller than OEM.
