Had a couple of really good e-mails with Mr. BigHammer.... and after some center pad discussion my pads arrived in the mail yesterday.
here they are on the bike!!

I'm very happy with them so far.. They will allow you to reposition at least a couple times and re stick ( had a little trouble centering with the bike leaned over on the side stand).. The side pads work well with jeans.

I gotta run and get some new envelopes tonight. (been going thru them like crazy and the new center doesn't quite fit) I'll get 'em cut and mail 'em out tomorrow. I'm glad I picked up some of the little customs declaration forms when I was in the PO last time. I was surprised I had to do that to send to Canada, but they told me anything except correspondence requires it. (maybe I should write a little personal note on each one and say it's rubber stationery :naughty
Haha, yeah its a pain dealing with customs. Fortunately I'm headed down the coast probably to the tip of cali and back.
