GT650R fairings?

Just wondering if anyone has ever thought of or tried to fit the hyosung GT650s fairings/lights on the sv650? I know the gt650r is a cheap bike, but the headlight and fairings in my opinion look better than SV650S. Could be another route to customizing the SV650, make it look different.. i dunno.. i could be wrong.

Ever seen one in person? They look cheap. To me, it looked like a solid piece that someone got ahold of with a dremel. The one I saw did not look like that ^^^ though...
I wonder how that lower part would work with the stock SV upper.
No i've never seen on in person, i was just going on what the pictures look like. plus i really likethe headlight setup, reminds me of a ducati or ktm. I've always liked stacked headlights more than dual side by side type... but if it looks cheap it looks cheap and wouldn't be worth bothering with the gt650r stuff i guess. i wonder how hard it would be to put headlights like that in a race fairing for the sv? it would change the look drastically!

That looks sick! Although the big holes where the GSXR ram air went (i assume that's what the holes are, i may be mistaken) make it look odd, it gives a good picture as to what the SV race fairing would look like!
I've never thought the Hyosung looked that bad in pictures, but I saw my first Hyosung in person today and it is UGGLY. I didn't think it looked cheap as a previous poster stated, but it does not look like it was designed by someone with the gift of eyesight....or a good sense of asthetics.
The Hyosung would be as fast if not faster than the SV if it didn't weight like almost 50/55 lbs more.More than my sv1000s!!!The crazy thing is that the gt250r weighs alost the same with only around 30hp.That's got to be a dog.
I wouldn't want people mistaking my bike for a Hyosung.

Your idea is almost like an owner of a honda civic putting a hyndai body on his car.

Here's the two side by side for a comparison, I believe the gt250r pretty much uses the same fairing. It really is kind of cheap compared to the Suzuki, but it is a nice looking bike.

The lines just don't flow on the Hyosung. It's not as awful in black. Black really helps to hide the visual aberrations.
I think the headlights would look great on a naked... but then again... I have a thing for stacked headlights. :)
Maybe if it were wider. It's sooo thin. Bigger would be better too.
