I will probably eventually get rearsets but for now does anybody know of a good place to get plates to move the pegs up and back?

Riding at the track has shown me the stock pegs are too low, even while hanging off.

jackup plates. uses stock rearsets, generally comes with a longer shift rod and maybe a spring for the rear brake return.

don't know who makes them specifically, but they should be less than $50 compared to 4x that for rearsets

The jack up plates are pretty cheap on Ebay... they're pretty easy to make yourself too, you just need some 1/4" aluminum plate and some basic saw/files.

I have a set of Vortex rear-sets for cheap listed in the "for sale" section as well...

How cheap do you want to be? A drill and some big bolts could do the trick...
