I found out I needed to bleed the M/C. I did that and all started to come together. I did the rear shock yesterday and the forks and brakes today. Firm on all fronts.

Good job. Brake bleeding is one of those things that seem simple in concept yet are rarely ever easy to do.

Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist though. I want it to be as firm as I can get it.

It's really firm when the lever is adjusted all the way out. It's not as firm with the lever adjusted closer. Overall feel is great. Now time for new pads.
