I like the mustang supercharger that's listed with it. He says make an offer...see how low he will go.

Undamaged, the bike is worth around $2,000, so, assuming it's otherwise in good shape, the price is fair. Looks like maybe $500 worth of damage if you source the tail off eBay, and not counting the fairing. If you're handy enough to fix the fairing and repaint it yourself, or if you don't care what it looks like, or if you''ll strip it and go naked, why not? The ad does say OBO, so, make a lowball offer and see what happens.

Yeah, frame damage would rule it out. If just the subframe is tweaked, that can be repaired or replaced. Even then, though, the bike would be worth less. Only way to know is to go and take a look.

Only reason I haven't checked it out yet is because I really don't want a 1st gen, even though I could probably get this one down to 1100 depending on the interest in the area.
