Gen 2 into Gen 1 frame

Some questions:

Does a Gen 2 motor fit into a Gen 1 frame without serious brain damage?

Has anybody put Gen 2 injection onto a Gen 1 motor?

Yes, people have put a gen 2 motor in a gen 1 frame. Search and check the FAQ- its been covered before.

stick with carbs, they are better ;D

There are no people with FI on their first Gen.

There are some people using the second gen engine with the first gen carbs.
You need to swap some stuff, to get it working.
