Are gen 1 and gen 2 calipers interchangable? If not how different are they?

The part numbers are different. They might work, I don't know.

Maybe a 1st gen owner could measure the mounting bolt distance or something.

Can you get a set cheap?

They should be interchangable, as the adapter plates for GSXR calipers are the same for both 1st and 2nd gen....

Thanks for the response, it appears they are the same, the part numbers supersede to the same number. I was asking because I picked up a set of adapters from a guy with a first gen, and he didnt know.
