As it's hard to find 60 series tires in race compound, it seems that 70 series is more available, so should I just raise the forks in the triple clamps to compensate for the difference in outer diameter?

What has everyone else done? Do the fork sliders hit the lower triple if you raise the forks?

Thanks!!!

That is correct! Raise 10mm ;) If you have a shorter GSXR front end <even with extenders> you get back some of the height lost by using a 70 series, works out nice that way.

Stock front end.

70 series by itself rode horrible.

Adjusted tubes 10mm and it now turns quicker then it did stock. Well it seems anyways. ;D
