I've been hosting those files for the second Gen (all of them, uncorrupted) for a couple years now thanks to Ranger sending me the CD:

Here's the rest of the manuals on SV650.org for free as well (no registration). But the 2nd gen ones have a couple of corrupted files (hence my hosting my own).
