Last year and about 8,000 miles ago I put in .90 sonic springs and 15wt fork oil in my 06 650s and felt great but yesterday on a canyon ride the forks were very soft and bouncing a lot. When I straddle the bike and push down on the bars it feels very soft and the suspension comes back up very quickly like it has no damping. Any ideas on what happened?

Oil leak? Check your fork legs for telltale leaks and inspect the dust seals for rips which could indicate damage to the oil seal underneath.

Stress at work maybe? Performance anxiety? Give it some time and you'll be good to go again!
