Hi people can anyone tell me if its possible to tighten my footrest as it has a little movement as in when I grab it I can rotate it a few degrees

No. Pretty much is what it is. A set of Vortex or Woodcraft rearsets would definitely fix the problem though.

IIRC they are held in place by a Cap-Bolt( Allen Bolt ) at the back. Find the right size Metric Allen key and loosen it and re-tighten and that might fix it or add a thin washer when off before re-installing
